Have questions?

What can I feed the worms?

Worms love fruit and vegetable scraps, coffee grounds, tea leaves, crushed eggshells and shredded paper. Avoid feeding them meat, dairy, oily foods or citrus in large quantities.

What do I get from a worm farm?

Your worms produce two valuable products: nutrient-rich worm castings (solid fertiliser) and worm tea (liquid fertiliser), both of which help improve soil health and plant growth.

Does a worm farm smell?

A healthy worm farm should have little to no smell. When fed correctly and kept balanced with enough bedding material, it will have an earthy scent rather than an unpleasant odour.

Can I keep a worm farm on a balcony or patio?

Absolutely. The compact 30L design makes it ideal for balconies, patios, courtyards and small backyards. It can also be used in a sheltered outdoor area

How often do I need to feed the worms?

Most households can add small amounts of kitchen scraps every few days. As your worm population grows, they'll process more food and produce more fertiliser for your garden.
